Ken Collins partners with a variety of clients across EMEA from Greenway Collins London office as well as maintaining deep working relationships in both the New York and Hong Kong markets. Ken excels in placing top legal and compliance talent and provides a truly consultative service for both his clients and candidates to make the hiring process as straightforward as possible for all concerned.
Ken was awarded a law degree before entering legal executive search and forging an international career which included working as Managing Director within in house legal for a leading US search firm with operations in London covering EMEA. Ken founded Greenway Collins with the goal of providing a streamlined transparent service with high value and integrity taking on high calibre mandates and working with the very best candidates. Too many recruiters pressure candidates and clients into deals to make a sale; Ken’s philosophy has always been the relationship comes first.
Ken Collins is a recognised leader in industry with particularly high-level contacts within the financial services sector in London working with buy side clients; These include asset managers, private equity and hedge funds, boutique banks and family offices, with whom he places key General Counsel and Senior Counsel legal hires. Ken also has extensive expertise working with corporate and commercial clients throughout Europe and the Middle East on key technical and senior legal hires. As a result of the excellent working relationships Ken has developed his practice has grown to include working with elite international and US law firms on key re-location hires for them. Ken has several years of expert experience working with top attorneys from the US and APAC who wish to relocate to another jurisdiction whilst lateralling to another firm.

Nina Gray has worked at the leading legal search firms in both the US and London with a global career spanning over 20 years. In 2017 Nina branched out to found her own executive search firm Nina Gray Ltd, business known as Gray Legal Search and joined Greenway Collins management and search team as a consulting partner to the business. Nina focuses on high level law firm partner and in house legal mandates throughout Europe, Middle East, Africa and the US. Nina excels at high-level global executive search, primarily general counsel, who thrive on challenges and seek to improve their employer’s bottom line.
Having worked for a New York-based national legal search firm early in her career beginning in NYC and then establishing the firm’s Dallas and Houston markets Nina’s level of experience is unparalleled in the global legal search market. From her early start at the NYC based national legal search firm, Nina went on to serve as one of the founding principals of a Texas-based legal search firm that was consistently ranked as one of the top 10 legal search firms in the United States.
Nina’s experience is truly global, covering both North America and (EMEA) Europe, Middle East & Africa, where in her recent role with a globally well known company, was Head of the Middle East and Head of Energy & Manufacturing for EMEA. In addition, she has broad excellent sector experience in technology, telco, media and entertainment. Nina is in a unique position to help clients with their global in-house expansions, including those seeking their first general counsel. Her clients range from start-ups to major globally listed companies.
